What this service is — and is not.
These terms apply when you use this website or contact IndiaBridge Health. They sit alongside the privacy notice, which explains how report submissions are handled.
The service
IndiaBridge Health is an independent coordination service for patients considering planned treatment in Hyderabad. We help with enquiries, hospital communication, records, estimates and practical travel arrangements. We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, insurer, immigration authority or licensed healthcare provider.
No medical advice or decisions
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation about treatment. Clinical decisions belong to qualified healthcare professionals who examine and assess you. Report review is not a diagnosis. This is not an emergency service — use local emergency services for urgent concerns.
Enquiries do not create a treatment contract
Sending a report or starting an enquiry does not book treatment, oblige any hospital to accept your case, or commit you to anything. Hospital acceptance, the clinical plan, the estimate and all arrangements must be confirmed separately before you decide.
Estimates and the coordination fee
Where a hospital reviews your case, we present that hospital's own estimate and identify it as the hospital's. Prices, inclusions and exclusions are the hospital's to state and can change. We do not guarantee any price. Any coordination fee we charge is explained to you in writing before you commit, separately from hospital charges.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee hospital acceptance, treatment outcomes, insurance approval, visa approval or any particular timeline. Visa rules, insurance schemes and hospital requirements change; confirm current requirements with the official authorities and the receiving hospital before making non-refundable bookings.
Your information
Report submissions and personal information are handled under the privacy notice on this site. WhatsApp is used for follow-up where you have asked for it; WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms.
Acceptable use
Use this site only for lawful, genuine treatment enquiries. Do not impersonate another person, submit documents you are not authorised to share, attempt to disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass the abuse checks on the report form. We may decline or stop an enquiry that appears abusive, fraudulent or outside what the service can provide.
Third-party content and links
This site links to official visa portals, hospitals, health references and other third-party sites for your convenience. Their content and terms are theirs, not ours, and we do not control or endorse their availability or accuracy.
Site content and copyright
Our guides, pages and materials are general information, kept to our best knowledge and updated on the dates shown. You may read and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing them as your own requires written permission.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IndiaBridge Health is not liable for decisions made on the basis of general information on this site, for the clinical conduct of healthcare providers, for the content of third-party sites, or for losses arising from travel, visa or insurance processes administered by others. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always carries the update date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
