Before you commit
Ask for the coordinator’s name, business details, written scope of work and response availability before making arrangements.
Request a written explanation of any coordination fee, who receives payment, cancellation terms and whether a hospital pays a referral fee. Hospital costs and coordination charges should be explained separately.
Our position

We are an independent coordinator. Clinical decisions stay with the hospital and its doctors; we handle the practical side.

Relay hospital-provided treatment plans and estimates.
Help coordinate airport pickup, accommodation and local transportation.
Provide practical documentation guidance and direct patients toward the official visa process.
Help with communication and practical coordination while in Hyderabad.
