Coordination should be easy to understand before you rely on it. Here is how IndiaBridge Health works, in plain terms.
What we do
- We help you explore treatment options at Hyderabad hospitals, starting from a question rather than a commitment.
- We help gather and send reports for a hospital review, and explain what the review means.
- We relay the hospital's own estimate and identify it clearly as the hospital's.
- We help with practical logistics — visa document guidance, travel and stay support, and Bengali or English communication.
What we do not do
- We are not a hospital and not an official, authorised or exclusive representative of any hospital.
- We do not make clinical decisions, guarantee medical outcomes or guarantee visa approval.
- We do not quote a fixed treatment price; the hospital issues the estimate for your case.
What it costs
Hospital charges and the coordination fee are two separate numbers. Where a hospital reviews your case, we present the hospital's own estimate. The coordination fee is stated separately and explained before you commit to anything — it is never hidden inside a hospital bill. Nothing about a report upload commits you to treatment; hospital acceptance, clinical recommendations, costs and arrangements are confirmed separately before you decide.
Questions you can ask us
- What exactly does the coordination fee cover, and when is it payable?
- Will the hospital issue its own written estimate for my case?
- Who will translate between Bengali or English and the hospital team?
- What happens if my case is not suitable for the treatment I asked about?
Start on the WhatsApp number on this site or through the enquiry form and ask. We follow up personally.
Asking how coordination works before committing is the right call — for any company. Medical decisions, including whether surgery is appropriate for you, are made by qualified clinicians after reviewing your case.
